When Steria relocated to a nine storeyed office in Noida they needed their signage and internal communication designed in a manner that followed Steria’s brand guidelines and at the same time didn’t clash with Steria’s clients approach to brand communication. The nine floors housed various clients such as Boots, British Gas, Co-operative Financial Services, Thames Water, British Mail etc. Along with their client branding Steria also showcased it own brand values , vision , mission and also came up with themed walls to motivate their core groups.
One such themed wall was the “Wall of Fame “ .Steria wanted to internally showcase the best performers of the company and motivate others get better as well. The concept of “Wall of Fame” was designed to individually highlight the person and his achievements in sharp looking frames. To motivate the people who didn’t make it – a larger frame with pointer on “how to get on the wall”
